    • Laminate-Fairly durable but will scratch if extra care is not taken. Once they scratch the scratches cannot be removed.
    • Cultured Marble- Features a Gel-coated finish that helps protect against staining, however the surface can be scratched.
    • Corian-Very Durable, it features a high performance acrylic. It can scratch, but scratches can easily be removed and the top can be restored to its original finish.
    • Zodiaq-Most Durable. It is made of 93% quartz crystals, which rate #7 out 10 on Mohs mineral hardness scale. #10 is a Diamond. It is still recommended that you use a cutting board. Scratching is unlikely but is possible.
